    Updated: I love this place so much I order Uber Eats often! Great authentic Chinese dishes. We had a larger than 6 group so the round table was fantastic to sit. A lot of food dishes to select from & everything was delicious & the dishes savory. The coconut pudding was a nice finishing touch to the palette. 10/10 recommend.

    You can find authentic Chinese food here! We ordered hot pot combination which had seafood, beef, and vegetables in the pot on the fire. The pot was big enough for at least two people, and only 28 dollars. I highly recommend it! We ordered beef chow fun dish that was also good. Singapore rice noodle was typical but the portion was good.

    recently visited Mama Chang, and it was an absolute treat for my taste buds! I tried the Orange Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and Chow Mein, and each dish exceeded my expectations. The Orange Chicken was the star of the meal. The chicken was perfectly crispy, yet tender inside, coated in a deliciously tangy and sweet orange sauce. The citrusy flavor was fresh and vibrant, with just the right amount of sweetness—not overpowering at all. The Chicken Fried Rice was everything you’d hope for in a classic comfort dish. The rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, with generous pieces of juicy chicken, perfectly cooked vegetables, and just the right touch of scrambled eggs. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The Chow Mein rounded out the meal beautifully. The noodles were cooked to perfection—soft but with a slight chew—and tossed in a savory sauce that tied the dish together. The addition of fresh, crunchy vegetables and tender chicken gave it a great balance of textures. Mama Chang truly impressed me with its flavorful and well-prepared dishes.     We had a great night at Mama Chang tonight. My son loved their scallion bubble pancake,it's not only unique in shape but also very tasty with the sauce that comes with it. My personal favorite tonight was the crispy rice with seafood. The presentation was impressive, you have to knock down the dome shaped crispy rice to get to the seafood soup. The portion was generous and had a variety of seafood and veggies. I'm from Taiwan and have tried various kinds of Chinese cuisines growing up, but this is the first time I've seen this dish. My husband raved about the Dongpo braised pork knuckle, it's seasoned well and the meat was so tender. Our waitress was attentive and made some great recommendations. Overall we enjoyed everything we ordered and will definitely visit again soon.

    Authentic Chinese food made fresh and at a great price. Wait staff was very informative and helpful to explain some of the dishes and ingredients. Food was very fresh hott and presentation was fantastic. One of the dishes I do recommended is the bubble chive pancake. So funn but year very delicious. Crispy with a tasty dipping sauce. Generous portions of food with delicious sauces in them. The desserts were also soooo good. The pineapple egg buns were the standout for me.

    I absolutely love their menu. Such a gem in an unsuspecting location, they have very flavorful and authentic foods. I really enjoy their chicken dishes, beef chow fun, and fish. The soup dumplings in my opinion are less flavorful and drier than I’d like. It does get very busy around dinner time so make a reservation or order take out in advance. I come here often and have been working my way down the menu!

    I come here from time to time, and it’s consistently a solid spot for authentic Chinese food in a clean and comfortable setting. On my most recent visit, I had the Qianye Tofu with Squid, Fresh Green Sichuan Pepper Fish, and Crab Asparagus Soup. Everything was delicious and worked really well together. The fish dish came with lots of pickled vegetables, which I loved. You can find cheaper Chinese restaurants, but it’s rare to find one that’s both authentic and this clean. Even the bathrooms are well-maintained, which I always appreciate. Only complaint is the menus could use a wipe—they were a little oily. They also offer an all-you-can-eat option during lunch, which is nice, though they didn’t have the dish I originally wanted that day. Also, they charge 1 per bowl of rice, which caught me off guard, but overall the pricing is reasonable for the quality. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something clean, flavorful, and legit.
